Let’s talk about this thing called technology that has taken over our lives and keeps us plugged in 24/7. How do we not allow it to overwhelm us?

Have you ever been on vacation and your family is calling out to you but you’re not hearing them because you’re checking work email? Do you go out to dinner, look at the table near you, and see the entire table of friends texting and checking social media with very little social interaction? Are you surfing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat or email and the next thing you know you look up and an hour’s worth of time has gotten away from you? All of these situations can lead to unpleasant, undesirable results.

But how can we overcome that? Technology can be the Quick Silver Surfboard in surfing the digital wave, but all great surfers know you don’t want to wipe out. Come learn how to surf the digital wave without wiping out!

Here's the session's bit.ly! ----> Surfing the Digital Wave Without Wiping Out
