Looking for ways that you can help your students develop 21st Century Skills? Session attendees will take away tangible ideas that range from school-wide initiatives such as creating an "Innovation Lab" to classroom activities that promote the skills included in the Fairfax County Public Schools Portrait of a Graduate initiative (Communicator, Collaborator, Ethical and Global Citizen, Creative and Critical Thinker, and Goal Directed and Resilient Individual). Drawing on the unique school and academy structure offered at Chantilly High School, administrators and a teacher will share the various ways that educators can use 21st Century Skills to connect, engage, and inspire students from a wide variety of backgrounds and interests.
