Staying afloat: Using Nearpod to keep engagement from sinking

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In a digital age where students are still being talked AT and lectured TO, learn how to interact with students and promote engagement using the website Nearpod. We will explain how to create a Nearpod, and we will do a sample one together. We will discuss how Nearpod can be used as a an introduction to a lesson or a review of a previous lesson. Come hear about an engaging (and EASY TO USE!) way to work with students.
