Building relationships and connections with experts, teachers, administrators and others around the world is an effective way to discover new ideas, enhance student learning, & reflect on what we do in schools. Time, location, and budgets are often challenges for educators in expanding their knowledge base. Building a Personal and Professional Learning Network (PLN) on Twitter is a great way to overcome these barriers while gaining inspiration from amazing experts and resources. Come learn the basics of Twitter, make your account and start learning with educators from around the room before you leave the session!
