Trends in teaching are constantly shifting and so is the expectation of incorporating technology. Some staff members are uncomfortable when told to incorporate technology into their teaching or even into their planning and preparation. In this session, we will discuss some of the approaches used with reluctant staff members to encourage them to embrace some tech into their routines while still respecting their experience. Participants are invited to share their ideas so we can all leave with some new techniques to try.
