Google Arts and Culture - More Than a Pretty Picture!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Google Arts and Culture is an underutilized Google application with a myriad of instructional uses. Google Arts and Culture enables users to virtually tour partner museums’ galleries and compile their own virtual collection. While you can find and examine famous works of art, you can also go on virtual field trips, peruse historical collections of artifacts, and curate your own collections. In our session, you will learn the eye-popping capabilities of Google A&C, receive ready-to-use lesson ideas and resources, and start making your own instructional masterpiece! The "walk-through" feature of the project uses Google's Street View technology. Come take a virtual field trip with us!
