Creating Behavior Plans/Goal Trackers with Google Forms

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

For many years, special education teachers and case managers have tracked progress on student goals and behavior plans for IEPs on paper. This presented quite a few flaws, including the student forgetting their paper, and not being able to easily and quickly analyze the collected data. Because of this, data was lost, and the teacher spent more time than needed trying to determine patterns or connections. Not anymore! In this session, learn how to use Google Forms to design a behavior plan or goal tracker for students, and then create a Google Sheet file to analyze the data. Learn what question types work best for plans, the best way to collect responses from teachers, and how to look at the collected data. Attendees will leave with plenty of resources, including a series of videos that replicates the creation of the behavior plan. With Google Forms, you'll never have to worry about students losing their behavior plan! This session meets the TSIP standard for the lifelong learner and using technology to improve pedagogy and learning.
