Using Technology to Teach Problem Solving Skills in Math

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Make math more relevant by using Google Apps for Education. Let's take your tech skills beyond the substitution level! If you're fine with creating digital practice worksheets on Google Docs or digital assessments using Google Forms, would it not be better if you can actually use technology to teach meaningful problem-solving skills? How about encouraging creativity and the ability to apply problem-solving skills in real life? After this session, if you're an educator, you will find out how much you need (or don't need) to get your ITS/ITRT involved in planning your tech-driven lesson with you! So let's surf the digital wave and "tech" this out like rockstars!
