Educators face new challenges every day. They come at us from various directions: from politicians and policy makers, from local and school level administrators, from parents and families, from our students, and even from ourselves. In the midst of all our jobs entail it is often easier not to face these challenges. We are lucky, however, to live in an age in which technology offers us many opportunities to connect with others, learn from others, and collaborate to face our challenges and improve education for our current and future students. Together we can find the courage to make waves.
