No walk-in registrations are permissible.

PLEASE NOTE: Using this tool to mark your personal scheduling preferences does not reserve a seat for marked sessions, nor does it register you for the conference.

We do not plan to have paper programs available on site. If you would like a printed program, please print a personal copy prior to arriving at the conference.

The 2018 conference will be held December 2nd-4th at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Parking: For guests arriving from beach-area hotels proceed west on 22nd Street and turn left on Parks Avenue, which is the last left before getting on the Interstate. This takes you to the south lots and will avoid construction on 19th street.
